SV	Toen maakten zich de oudsten van zijn huis op tot hem, om hem te doen opstaan van de aarde; maar hij wilde niet, en at geen brood met hen.
WLC	וַיָּקֻ֜מוּ זִקְנֵ֤י בֵיתֹו֙ עָלָ֔יו לַהֲקִימֹ֖ו מִן־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְלֹ֣א אָבָ֔ה וְלֹֽא־בָרָ֥א אִתָּ֖ם לָֽחֶם׃
Trans.	wayyāqumû ziqənê ḇêṯwō ‘ālāyw lahăqîmwō min-hā’āreṣ wəlō’ ’āḇâ wəlō’-ḇārā’ ’itām lāḥem:

AC	יז ויקמו זקני ביתו עליו להקימו מן הארץ ולא אבה ולא ברא אתם לחם
ASV	And the elders of his house arose, [and stood] beside him, to raise him up from the earth: but he would not, neither did he eat bread with them.
BE	And the chief men of his house got up and went to his side to make him get up from the earth, but he would not; and he would not take food with them.
Darby	And the elders of his house arose, [and went] to him, to raise him up from the earth; but he would not, and he ate no bread with them.
ELB05	Und die Ältesten seines Hauses machten sich zu ihm auf, um ihn von der Erde aufzurichten; aber er wollte nicht und aß kein Brot mit ihnen.
LSG	Les anciens de sa maison insistèrent auprès de lui pour le faire lever de terre; mais il ne voulut point, et il ne mangea rien avec eux.
